RESIDENTS:
We are continuing to have parking and pool usage abuses. I have received several complaints by concerned residents.
Like you, we experience the same frustrations. I am not an Athens Policemen nor do I have access to a private security service. We are all impacted by the lack of planning in this development. It is physically impossible for me to be on site 24/7 to run down cars, chase people out of the pool or man traffic. I am open to your solutions. It will require a collective effort from each one of you to assist in enforcing our guidelines. These are the suggestions so far.
THE POOL IS CLOSED AT 10 PM. GATES WILL BE LOCKED. LIGHTS OUT.
RESIDENTS MUST BE ON SITE WITH THEIR GUESTS. RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS.
OUR MAIN ENTRY AND EXIT ROADS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. GUESTS SHOULD PARK ON THE FRONT CENTER SECTION ROAD(PARALLEL TO LINDSEY)
CARS PARKED ALONG THE MAIN DRIVE OF THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE TICKETED OR TOWED IF FOUND ON THE MAIN DRIVE PAST AN AGREED UPON HOUR.
Friday nights tend to be the worst nights for these abuses. Please take note of who is not regulating or managing their guests. Let's work together on this. Rules can be annoying but without a few basic ground rules we'll move into progressive chaos.
If you have more solutions or suggestions, please e-mail me.
Thanks,
Doug Davies
